孤岛工作面围岩应力特征及支护技术

摘要: 以淮南张集矿32205工作面为背景,采用FLAC3D数值模拟软件对孤岛工作面应力分布特征进行了分析。结果表明:孤岛工作面形成后,工作面应力主要集中在采空区的两侧。巷道掘进前,对比不同煤柱宽度下孤岛工作面巷道围岩应力分布,确定留设煤柱的合理宽度为7m。回采期间,工作面超前支承压力峰值随工作面推进距离先增加后减小。针对该工作面具体条件对巷道采取相应的加强支护,经现场实测结果表明:32205工作面回采巷道变形量较小,满足安全生产的要求。

Abstract: On the background of 32205 island coalface in Huainan mining area, stress distribution characteristics of island coalface was analyzed by numerical simulation software FLAC3D. Analysis results indicate that the stress of the coalface is concentrated on both sides of the goaf after the formation of the island coalface. Before the roadway excavation, compared the distribution of surrounding rock stress under different coal pillar width, to determine the reasonable width of coal pillar is 7 m. During the stoping, the peak bearing pressure of the coalface increases first and then decreases with the advancing distance. According to the concrete conditions of the coalface to strengthen the support, the field measurement results show that the deformation of the 32205 coalface is small, which can meet the requirements of safety production.
